 Die Deckplatten der Suzuki C-20 Olive haben einen grünlichen Farbton, welcher durch die High- Tech-Verarbeitung entsteht und nicht durch Einfärben ohne den Sound zu verfälschen oder das Material zu belasten.

Früher bestanden die Kanzellen von Mundharmonikas aus Holz. Das sorgte für einen warmen Ton aber das Holz absorbierte die Feuchtigkeit im Atem des Spielers und verformte sich schließlich, was den Spielkomfort beeinträchtigte. Dieses Problem löste Suzuki, in dem die Kanzelle mit Harz stabilisiert wurde. Die Holzfasern werden durch das undurchlässige Harz eingeschlossen und der Spieler kann den warmen Sound einer Holzkanzelle ohne die gewohnten Probleme genießen. Erfunden von Suzuki für die diatonische Manji und nun auch für die Suzuki C-20 Olive im Einsatz.  Die Leichtigkeit des Spielens einer Mundharmonika ist stark durch die Luftdichtigkeit beeinflusst.Suzuki Harmonicas 10 Hole sind extrem luftdicht durch hochgenaue und hochpräzise Fertigungsprozesse und Montage. Hybrid Wood-Resin Comb

In the past, all harmonicas had wood combs. They gave a warm tone but wood absorbed moisture from the players's breath and deformed, reducing airtightness and playing comfort. To solve this problem, Suzuki has invented the wood-resin composite body. This material is composed of over 50% wood fibers encased in impermeable resin, which allows the player to enjoy the tone of a traditional wooden harmonica without its past problems. First pioneered on the popular Manji diatonic, this comb has been widely praised by players.
